Helping You in Your Role as a Donor
God places great emphasis on the giver! Donors who prayerfully and thoughtfully consider Biblical giving are following God’s principle of giving and know that the greatest reward comes to those who keep their eyes on eternity. “For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what he has done.” (Matthew 16:27)
The giver promotes the kingdom of heaven and simply understands the treasure principle—invest in eternity where your heart is and where you will end up, documented in Matthew 6:19–21:
Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
Over the years, the Foundation for American Christian Education has been blessed with many faithful givers; some have contributed their entire life savings, others give when they can and some contribute each month.
Why? The Foundation’s donors realize that the vision of the founding generation—to have a country where people could worship freely and enjoy liberty—and the vision of Miss Hall and Miss Slater to safeguard America’s liberty-heritage by teaching it to children and families—are vital to this generation in our nation and the world.
The mission of the Foundation and the Great Commission are synonymous. The Foundation perpetuates the Gospel by passing on the blueprint of liberty—Christianity—instilling God’s principles through a Biblical method of teaching. If liberty is lost, it is because Christianity’s light was first extinguished.
Donors at the Foundation have their hearts set on making a difference in one child’s life at a time, believing that God’s record of using a few faithful who are “trained in the way they should go” will bear fruit for this generation.
Those who come alongside and partner with the Foundation know that the education of children today will determine the type and scope of government, the quality of culture, the influence of the church, the strength of the family, and the health of the economy of our nation tomorrow.
If you give to and support the Foundation for American Christian Education, thank you for investing in this mission—you are invaluable to the success of the ministry.
If your heart’s desire is to help form Christian character in children to equip them for the challenge of sustaining our nation’s liberty by propagating truth to the nations, please consider how you might be a part of this crucial mission.
What is education? Education is simply the soul of a society as it passes from one generation to another. Whatever the soul is like, it will have to be passed on somehow, consciously or unconsciously . . . It is . . . the transfer of a way of life.
- G. K. Chesterton
